General Health and Fitness Assessment and Consultation – 90mins
Includes accurate measurement of body fat, assessment of health and fitness and a consultation exploring your needs and preferences to target the most effective ways for you to manage your health.

Body Fat Measurement – 15mins
A simple, cheap and accurate test using skinfold measurements for those who just want to know their actual body fat relative to their lean body tissue. A very useful measure during weight loss or weight gain programs due to possible gains in muscle mass causing weight gain, something which is not shown by the body weight or BMI measures used by most medical and weight loss services.
Retain confidence in your weight loss and fitness program.

Nutrition and Lifestyle Advise via email
Requires you to complete a detailed 3-5 day food and activity diary from which you will receive suggested dietary and lifestyle adjustments to get the most from your health and fitness.
Cost: £25
Training Advice via email
Training and performance advice via email requires you to provide detailed information about your condition and both current and past training, performance and lifestyle habits and history. Feedback includes estimated heart rate, speed or power based training zones as well as suggested training sessions, activities and lifestyle adjustments to help you achieve your specific short and long terms goals.
Suitable for all sports people.

Track, poolside or other outdoor assessments and coaching
For definition of heart rate, speed or subjective feel based training zones and strategies. Includes suggested individualised training strategies and sessions to help you achieve your short and long term goals.
Cost: £25 for first hour and £15 per hour or part of thereafter.
Supported training or racing
Accompanied training or supported racing can include guided training sessions, strategic advice and practical assistance such as nutritional support, kit selection and set up for races etc. as required.
Cost: £20 for first hour and £15 per hour or part of thereafter.
Cycling Based Testing
Initial testing and consultation – 90mins
This session includes body composition analysis, accurate heart rate, power, or ‘on feel’ training zones for optimal cycle training and performance, and relative aerobic and anaerobic power figures using methods shared by British Cycling’s World Class Performance Plan.
The session takes around 90 minutes with written results and bespoke feedback which include detailed training strategies and sessions, emailed to you within 3-5 working days following the session.

Follow up Testing - 90mins
Includes re-evaluation of body composition, training zones and relative power figures as well as a review of your individualised training sessions and strategies for your progressing short and long term goals.
Written results and bespoke feedback including detailed training strategies and sessions are emailed to you within 3-5 working days following the session.

Testing with results and no written feedback - 90mins
Includes the testing of body composition, heart rate or power based training zones for cycling though with no written feedback and only your written test results to take away. Useful for experienced or returning athletes who just want the objective results and a little objective advice to help taylor their own training plans.
